B. Parking a Commerical or Recreational Vehicle on a Public Street between 5pm-7am M-F or anytime on Weekends.	$40.00
C. Abandoning a Vehicle anywhere within the Town Limits (Except when in an enclosed structure or covered by a tarp.)	$50.00
D. Construction Vehicles & Equipment Stored on a Public Street, except when proper permits have been obtained from the Town.	$100.00
E. Servicing Motor Vehicles on Public Streets Prohibited. (Minor emergency repairs exempted.)	$25.00
F1. Parking in front of a Private Driveway without consent of the owner.	$50.00
F2. Parking within 15 Feet of a Fire Hydrant.	$75.00
F3. Parking within 20 Feet of a Crosswalk.	$40.00
F4. Parking within 30 Feet of the Approach Side of any Traffic Control Device.	$50.00

J. Leaving a Vehicle Unattended with the Engine Running and Keys in the Ignition.  (	$50.00
H. Parking, Standing or Operating on Town Streets a vehicle which falls into any of the following classes: FA, FB, FD, EPF and any Class E Dump Truck, or any Class E Vehicle with a Gross Weight in Excess of 20,000 Pounds. (Vehicles on official business or deliveries are exempted.)	$25.00
PP. Parking "After Hours" on Park Property. (NOTE: All parks in Prince Georges County are Closed at Dark. After Hours parking is a violation of Sec. 28/45A10 of the M-NCPPC Rules and Regulations.)	$25.00

The Police Department is authorized to remove vehicles which have been issued a traffic citation from public streets under the following circumstances -
A. Disabled Vehicles - When the vehicle is so disabled as to be incapable of being driven.
B. Incapacitated Operator - When the person in charge of the vehicle is Incapacitated, Incarcerated, Unlicensed or Absent.
C. Hazard or Obstruction - W\hen the vehicle is parked illegally so as to constitute a hazard or obstruction to traffic.
D. Unattended - When the vehicle is left unattended on a public street withing an area posted to prohibit parking during an emergency or special event.
E. Parked Over 72 Hours - When the vehicle remains on a public street in violation for a continuous period exceeding 72 Hours.
